#10753 RE: Grand Poobah #10749

Sure. Your first link says nothing about JL having unencumbered title or certified domain. ABX has already responded to this claiming that they do not require any more concessions than they already own in order to mine the property. I believe they are wrong with that assertion but that is their claim. We will find out who is right when the court case is over.

In your second link MSX does state that they believe JL owns unencumbered title but the document also includes this disclaimer:
Some of the statements contained in this release are forward-looking statements, such as MSX' s expectation that it the Amarillos 1-3000 claims are in the process of cancellation. Actual results and developments may differ materially from those contemplated by such
forward-looking statements. There can be no assurance that forward-looking statements will prove to be accurate. Accordingly, readers should not place undue reliance on any forward-looking statements.

Your third link says nothing of JL having certified domain or unencumbered title, only that ABX admits to not having it. Whether ABX or MSX have sufficient concessions to mine gold on the properties is to be determined.

Your fourth link says nothing of JL having certified domain or unencumbered title. This is the most significant protion of that document:
MSX obtained the Right to Purchase an Option to Purchase 50% of the 2011 Amarillo Claims’ property. MSX has paid Mr. Lopehandia approximately $2,500,000 to date pursuant to the Pascua Agreement. The payment and exercise of the Option is conditional upon the delivery of a legal opinion, and as a consequence there is no guarantee that Mr. Lopehandia will be successful in his litigations and accordingly, there is no guarantee that MSX will be able to acquire any interest in the Pascua Lama project.

Your fifth link says nothing of JL having certified domain or unencumbered title.

So after all that... how does this relate to my post? I was talking about how relevant information really only comes from ABX and MSX and not from the unethical, unscrupulous and probably illegal msxgold.com. All of these links you posted are unretracted documents published by MSX which makes them valid and worthy of discussion in my opinion.
