It is a valid option, you can't definitively say that an insider hasn't sold some shares. Maybe they have & maybe they haven't.

The shares being sold are folks getting out before the PPS possibly goes to .0001 or worst case no bid. The folks buying are the averaging down group and those that are still in love with MIKP imo
