The float is pretty high. But there is not going to be any dilution here, which is huge. Companies have made much bigger moves on bigger floats. IMO

We have 5 shareholders that total locked more than 1 billions shares plus 1500+ shareholders that not selling at this level .
Float pretty much locked . Otherwise how this can come out from 0.0001

Really? Have you seen ]~[LnT?
Their float and OS is much more than BCAP and they don't have an amendment to freeze Share structure for two years and they trade at .025.
Also BCAP IS IN A WAY BIGGER MARKET $100BILLION MARKET!
