The 75/25 ratio holds for the Escrow shares as well so if there is a $3 per common shares the math should be around this #.


3*1.4 billion (# of voted common shares) = 4.2 billion which is only 25% of the total pie.

4.2/.25=16.8 billion total pie of which preferreds get 75%


16.8*.75=12.6 billion.

Ratio of class 19 was approx 52% for Cayman, 43% for P's and 5% K's.

12.6*.05= 630 million

630/20=$31.50 for K's


16.8*.43= 5.418 billion

5.418 billion/2 million = $2709.00 for P's

6.552 billion would go to Cayman's
