Working with does not mean contract in hand, working with means does not give scope or size of implementation if and when that happens.
Now I like this product, its a tough sell to schools and parents once you get into it though. Then you get into the legal of it with the school privacy and god help you if a parent gets the ACLU involved, So it is far from a slam dunk. Also The money to roll it out and the time to get it up and running once you get a contract could be long. Also no one buys advertising until you have an audience and stats so having an ad platform is great but so does Facebook and Zynga and both are having trouble monetizing it and they both have vast resources so don't count your chickens before they are hatched.
Schools do there DD on deals and if one whiff of Kay's past as described here with securities issus and the law gets to them probably a deal breaker.
