There is a post on RB about an e-mail from Dial. He is quoted as saying the reason for the delay in financials has to do with Litfiber, the shell GFCI used to go public.
I've done some reading on the old RB Litfiber board from the period just before and after the acquision. At that time there was a lot of confusion expressed about Litfiber's O/S count. That may still be an issue.
