Offor hasn't done one thing to promote or help erhc, instead he is in bed with addax/sinopec on several deals through kaztec, blair and eland on the "producing niger delta properties". it appears he doesn't exactly care.

Which, of course, it why he is on record as committing to support the offering with millions of dollars.

Maybe Offor will be in bed with someone also in setting up ERHC in the near future?? Offor is there to make big money, and he wants the price as high as possible as soon as possible.
