If they think they can just come up with a plan to ask people for money for kenya that is two years earliest down the road, good luck. midtier is right, if they have an investor , a new one, come on out with it when you try for your rights offering. they didn't do too well with their secret toxic shelf investor. rodman sold 16 million shares of erhc in 2011 and 2012 before bankrupting themselves, seems a bit odd when they only got 500k in shares and cash to do that deal. wonder who they sold that amount of stock for, it wasn't theirs.

no one has any idea until further testing and studies in kenya if it is "highly prospective". he is right. if they have enough seismic on the block already and not some 1986 data, why are they asking for money to do it? bring in that drill rig erhc, get started. this is starting to sound like a cindarella story more and more, if we could only have our prince come and save erhc.

Offor hasn't done one thing to promote or help erhc, instead he is in bed with addax/sinopec on several deals through kaztec, blair and eland on the "producing niger delta properties". it appears he doesn't exactly care.
