Seems Oceanwise is a virtual office from post #7448:

If it is a virtual office how does it provide a strong government and financial network? And the suite number was not given for Oceanwise because the suite does not exist?

The implication is that Reachout Holdings is practically virtual also... Does Oceanwise have an investor associated or is it just a purely virtual office that is the next question... No evidence can be found for Shenzhen Jin Yu from what I can see...
