I don't doubt for a minute that there are many OTC/Pinks there. Most Pennies are just shell entities anyway. Why have a real location when you have no intention of actually selling a "product". They are only selling the hype and "big potential", so to speak.
IMO, the same as MDCE and their clinic that has never materialized.
