PC I asked the CEO Matt last week about the promotion that we have seen for the last several weeks. His answer to me was that BCAP is not responsible for any promotion of the company by any stock promotion sites period. I think the record will show this to be true as we know:
* the share structure has remained unchanged
* there is a verdict due regarding a vote to lock the current share structure until summer of 2014. That's two years of guaranteed no dilution.
So if there has been no shares issued for promotion, and there can be no additional shares added post vote, how can BCAP be paying anyone for promotion?
IMO it would be legally downright suicidal to represent the share structure to shareholders in a vote to halt an AS or OS increase whilst at the same time using shares to pay for promotion.
Based on this I believe 100% that any promotion of this stock by anyone is due solely the GTD attitude that Matt has shown shareholders. By crossing off the accomplishments towards becoming fully reporting, reducing liabilities and debt, and securing a working TA and Brokerage Matt is walking the walk!
