The financial statements contained in the Information were compiled in-house by Matthew P. Dwyer, who has been the principal officer responsible for Company Information since 2004, assisted by Michael J. Hess, C.P.A. of Olympus Financial Group, 16 Heritage Way, Naples, FL 34110. The financial statements are not audited, and have not been audited since the Company deregistered effective November 2008 (but see 9A. below). The Company has represented to us that the financial statements were prepared in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.
9A. As noted under Note 6, last two (2) paragraphs at pp. 11-12, the Company is in the process of auditing years 2007 through year-end 2011, and the Company may, and almost certainly will, restate some of the financial reports, though not to a material degree of change to adequate disclosure. These audits are being conducted by HJ & Associates, LLC, a certified public accounting firm located at 50 West Broadway - Suite 600, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84101.
In mid-October $BCAP will be meeting with Counsel to begin the S-1 registration process. This will lead to $BCAP trading on the OTCBB where they have to mandatorily submit reports to the SEC. Between now and then $BCAP will be a voluntary filer with the SEC.
