That's not true at all. the attorneys made it crystal clear that they were relying on what they were told By fat Matt and did not independently verify that anything was being audited.

it is very obvious that they are wary and not about to have their reputation besmirched by vouching for a known liar.

You are 100% correct mdimport and your post can't be more truthful IMO, everything is in the filings - any fatty smearing twisting lies to discredit BCAP will not work here.

BCAP will be "Current" anytime next week - awesome job BCAP :-D
