This really gets to the crux of the matter on the importance of the 774 and 737:

737 is a very important issue with regard to 774 ...
774...for the most part, represents the physical considerations of the voice recorder....ie... control circuitry.
737....more represents a piece of the heart of 774.....in formatting the flash memory issues for use. Without that, the 774 is but half a voice recorder.
You are wrong regarding "less important".
Flash memory was the center of the last round of law suits. As for the Markman and 737....there is no ruling against 737....and 445 has similar/same considerations of 737as an operating system.....and it is utilized in 774 as 737 is.
