On the 737 and past infringement I really dont think EDIG would have filed for an appeal (which is still in the works) if they felt the amended patent did not preclude them from suing for past infringement.
Those comments are simply wrong. Management has refuted those types of connections between the patents. None of the patents cover elements of the other and none of the patents requires any of the other patents to be valid or to work. It's just simply false claims as is often case about the patents.
