With all due respect, the weight one places on a request from the IRS and the weight I place against a vendor or service regarding proof of expense is not exactly a fair analogy. That being said, we can only wait to see how it plays out.

Do you honestly think this is the only item requested by M&B and not supplied by Calypso. This is the only item mentioned in their letter, but I would suspect that they had at least ten more things they were looking at and wanted additional information on.

well eventualy either it will all be forgotton or some ppl
will be in a sh@t load of trouble for the write-off of
equipment...

if this does ever take off (and i think it will) someone is
going to step in and take over and clean house,

but i almost wonder if all this contraversy was cooked up to
trigger a sell-off so ppl could pick up the shares for a
fraction of a cent?

its a pattern thats attenuating, clearly they are trying their
damedest to get away from the stupidity of the past imho they
are showing signs of progress across the board esp. in the
technology department most of all which i think should be the
main concern

just remember theve managed to raise another 2M in private
sale of RESTRICTED shares, they wont be on sale untill next
spring
