well,...not its own, you might be correct in your observation. but this does not stand on its own. its a pattern that has been on-going for CLYW.
this was CLYW accountants,..M&B requested CLYW to provide documentation for certain expenses. CLYW could not provide that. that...is...suspect. if you've got a areal expense,..you've got a real document to prove that expense. its obvious that CLYW did not want to disclose that/those particular expenses.
laymans terms,...try that with the,...
IRS when it asks 'hey lg1813, please provide us with documentation for this business expense you'd like to take against your salary.'
lg1813 answers 'i can't provide that documentation.'
IRS answers 'then you can't have the deduction.'
see,..CLYW just got rid of M&B,...casue they asked for certifiable documentation that their name was going on.
obviously,...that didn't cut it for the integrity of M&B.
