It becomes clear to me that the company is buying time for whatever reasons and doesn't want PPS to move up yet. The reduction in O/S sorta give me indication that they might be already making profit?
Remember, ads placed in the magazine are prepaid. So, is it possible that the cash flow is good to the level that they are in the black already?
