In about 3 months $BCAP will be a fully reporting SEC company trading on the OTCBB :-D

The Company ... looks forward to submitting the financials to the SEC to resume trading on the OTCBB.

$BCAP is meeting with Counsel mid-October to begin the S-1 registration process.

The Company will meet with counsel mid month to begin work on the S-1 registration to restore the Company to a fully reporting status.

People can deal with the microcap nonsense now and then still stick with $BCAP when it becomes a fully reporting company :-D

If you still have doubt, please move on to other stocks, such as those that are fully reporting SEC companies as you will clearly not have the stomach to deal with the nonsense that pollutes the microcap markets.
