I'm as annoyed as anyone else (moreso?), but the S-8 you are referring to is NOT a sale of securities. It's registering the shares in their pension plan with an exercise price of .22 per share. The shares are underwater at .13-.14. Would you be thrilled about having shares that aren't in the money??? It's why I think we will almost certainly be back in the .20's, otherwise they just wasted a lot of time and effort setting that Plan up and why it's not exactly a great selling tool if they're trying to recruit talent with the stock price underwater related to the conversion price. Would you take your hard earned wages to exercise, and pay, at .22 to sell off at .14? I hope not.
