hrbart: First, 'COLUMBO' should have been the ALJ assigned to investigate the infringement matter.

Then, PERRY MASON should have represented IDC and Hamilton Burger would have represented NOKIA in the trial.

Lastly JUDGE JUDY should have been the Judge assigned to the case. She would keep Perry Mason and Hamilton Burger in toe and get the case heard in the allotted 15 minutes of television thime.

Maybe the NOKIA, Huawei, and ZTE case could be handled by the above.
