Charlie....it looks to me like they are not filing.....probably due to money constraints. It also looks like sales and deposits are coming soon, so I would expect the filings to be updated sometime later.

As you indicated earlier, it was apparent this particular report was going to continue the prior pattern of the last two quarters, for now.

We will probably go on pinksheets for awhile. I would absolutely prefer the filings, but given the circumstances and on balance, probably not that bad of a idea to see the next set of financials with profits and sales. This may also strengthen their hand a bit on the sales front, in the interim.

This is old news. It has nothing to do with hectic. It has to do with cash flow. At least that is my perspective. What sales have brought cash into the checkbook? None that we know of?

I do not think we need to be told anything. It is obvious to me. When some sales come through we will get back on track.
