rj2: My "hectic" comment was pure sarcasm, and I don't consider failing to report and ending up on Pink Sheets "old news". That's even worse than FASCE.

I'm guessing that revenue was 0,the cash drawer is 0, and the accumulated losses approaching the national debt. ;-)

Kelly hasn't responded to my email so I guess she's either A) gagged B) laid off C) quit.

So I emailed Brian (cc Adam) saying we longtime shareholders "deserve" an explanation.
