Those are the general risk factors you find in 99 out of 100 OTC BB companies. Since they don't have working capital (as of now), they have to list those risk factors.
On a good note company is committed for 5 franchisees by end of this year and hopefully the dilution is done. If they are successful with 5 franchisees and shows gross profits, not a big deal to get bank credits etc for future franchisee expansions.
Overall 10K as expected from a growing company. Only pain part is dilution/conversion at .0013 PS. No wonder the stock tanked.
Hope they are done with the dilution and ready to move forward.
