On the contrary. Shares have been reduced (along with debt) and no more shares are being sold. Hardly what I would classify as dilution. Business is going forward as usual in the movie industry for St. James and MIKP. AFM right around the corner, and I suspect a lot of good things will be in store for those that are patient. Grey sheets was a little scary, but I think the board mellowed out nicely (for MIKP) with opportunities in there for those that believed to pick up more shares.
The funny thing here is WHEN MIKP gets released from the grey sheets (and if not, there is a contingency plan that has been well thought out)this will soar like White Space just sold. It will only make this company look better. Add a franchise for Skin Trade and we are back to discussing double digit pennies for share price.
Im sure you have your reasons for hating Mark, but I've made $8,000 off MIKP so if he's a little girl, little rabbit, house cat, beaver, or a Nazi he's good in my book. Keep it coming MIKP!! Joking on the whole Nazi thing. I guess. LOL
