Kudos, pd... that was a strongly worded letter and not a kiss-up communication garning a one-word answer.

That's the most I've ever seen Jeff type, but again, he still made no clarification of what the "moving forward" entails.

Oh well. Hope the best for all holding.

VERY INTERESTING... I am very curious to see what develops with KMAG.

A follow up PR, with attorney's blessing might be a good idea...?

Thank you for this!

Since your in contact with JR from time to time. you mind emailing him and asking when we could expect a PR or revenues or anything that will have ppl interested in this stock again?

Funny how a small group cry wolf over nothing for their benefit. SEC has been fooled.

KMAG will come back with a vengeance. With audited financials and future of uplisting.. We will skyrocket in time. Looking forward to an update PR.

Not a promising email from JR

If I can recall, from other suspended stocks, a common excuse is "we have been attacked by a group or person trying to bring down the stock"

And JRs remedy summed up?

"We are disappointed and wondered why this happened"

Best email to JR yet. Good points and I admire you telling him an auditor is expected by shareholders.

and thats ANOTHER thing CEO needs to STOP doing, emails to individual shareholders, cant get him in nothing but trouble... CEO's of great companies dont correspond with ind shareholders except at the shareholder meeting, lol.. anything he has to say needs to be put out in a PR, not to joe blow shareholder or say nothing at all. Be professional man.

The SEC has it all wrong of course. Just like all the other suspended stinky pinkies, the SEC had it ALL wrong. Just a big misunderstanding, too funny.

Thank you for sharing, I would hate to be one on the liability end of this ordeal.

Notice the almost instantaneous rebuttals after this....very interesting, telling and some specific historical record.

Expecting great forward progress based on the very low volume today, almost insignificant based on history.

I am not the only one watching, but curious that it took over 200M share volume to move up to recent high and 2M at the start today, think about that for a minute. Irrelevant longer term I guess, the great news is no matter what they threw at the longs..relentlessly..day after day after day all they could muster up was peanut shells in volume, IMO.

Seems most wise shareholders, minor and major saw through the intensive, relentless bs and held, IMO you see, the only real way to fix the dark sides quandary is to bust the company and in turn the shares/stock, they did not succeed, IMO our company and attorneys have this under control...........for us shareholders, The Battle of Thermopylae and the 300 Spartans comes to mind...nice job!
