We have been bombarded by a blogger who wishes ill to kmag and this appears to be what SE fell trap to
We have answered their question made a minor correction on a date on financials the lawyers are following sequence of events wondering why the SE ever concerned themselves with such noise from a known group like this
We move forward and consider this a chapter

Let me start out by saying rarely are there revenues and profits reported in
the pinks... so obviously you're doing something right.
On the other hand, our stock is suspended so something's wrong. Apparently, The
SEC flagged KMAG due to a concern with one of the PRs.
You hire high powered attorneys. Did your attorney not review the PR in
question before published? Were they out to lunch on that one?
I know you get lots of emails so I don't write...but I just had to tell you a
stock suspension is not something expected from a legitimate business.
If the SEC made a mistake, we need to know.
I've been a KMAGer for a long time and not selling but I'm truly disappointed.
I do hope we don't see this again and we hear a name of an auditor announced
soon.
