Maybe you should ask Space Florida President Frank DiBello what had the greatest impact on the availability of those funds, the change in administration or their impression of our new CEO. A foul mouth during discussions tends to have that effect, especially when you don't know the others in the discussion well enough to know if profanity is acceptable during negotiations. What was Frank's impression of a CEO who didn't understand something so basic?
This lack of a clue (or self control) had the same effect with FEMA.
I tend to think Clark would have handled it with much more tact. We can only hope Estrella has grown enough as a CEO to reflect on his mistakes and to overcome them.
