#140778 RE: Bearslayer #140775

So are you now including RM in the old regime? And you're suggesting he's to blame for not offering the money to settle? That's original.

Do you think the SEC had a problem with RM in some regard? If so, why did Clark and Estrella offer RM a directorship position, as was stated here several times by Mide and others? How would that have looked to the SEC to bring one of the "old regime" to the board?

You see, none of us have the full story of what has happened. We only know what we've been told, and each of us believes what we've been told is the truth and the whole story. I doubt any of us will ever know the entire story of what transpired with this company. We can argue here until the cows come home, and it won't matter. All that matters now is execution of contracts and getting the share price higher so investors can either make money or reduce their losses when they exit.

I don't fault the old regime for not being able to settle the SEC case. I do credit them with being able to recognize this, and recruiting someone who was able to settle. And flybyday, I apologize for not including JR in the recruitment efforts. It's my understanding JR, who was friends with Clark, brought him to the table as an option for CEO, but it was HW who spent months getting him to sign on. Perhaps JR had a role in that part too, but I'm not aware of it.

I hope you're right. If contracts are announced and we see larger groups buying in, perhaps those with plans to dump and get out might reconsider and hold longer, and demand might take control away from the MMs and the share price might go higher. Those plans to sell are based on their current disgust with the company and the share price, but those plans might change when conditions change. But I have my doubts it will ever go high enough and sustain that price to meet the requirements of Nasdaq listing without some kind of reverse split. The shareholders who plan to get out on the next bump in share price might be relying on lack of faith in current management to execute beyond an initial contract or two, and will continue with their plan to exit. We won't know for sure until it happens. Again, I'd love to be wrong on this.
