Wrong assessment, his question was posed to the SEC and he tells us what the SEC told him!

This is what I was told in answer to my questions. First, there was no Wells notice issued or sent to either me personally, the company or my attorneys.

So there is no doubt of what Jim told us in that shareholders letter, he is the one who is honest and upfront!

Honesty, integrity and credibility doesn't count here, obviously, and 279,000 uncovered shorts is the only reason why!!
