Thanks for the info. What is puzzling is this guy that bought the 'shell' is supposedly a shell master. i wonder why he wouldn't read the SEC filing before taking over the shell?
This shell wizard signed on to responsibility of million$ in judgements and liabilities- sounds more like a shell rookie.
