Jimmy you are indeed entitled to your opinion. However, you should be aware that the removal of these products had been in the works for 5 years before this particular action. This was the 17th such action taken under the FDAs widely publicized Unapproved Drug Initiative. It is a frequent lament among small FDA regulated companies that it is all the FDAs fault.
