Doctor I am entitled to my opinion. FDA are sometimes bought and paid for. No other way to describe it. Have seen it with a tiny API companiy that could not have good cGMP if they were
given good cGMP. 483s written warnings consent decree close at hand and then suddenly gone like the wind because a consultant used to work for the FDA. Gone like magic. Poof!

Company changed its name. Everything is good now. Same people work there. Same people who could not even get out of their own way let alone run an active pharmaceutical ingredient
company. Nothing changed. Except something did change. Did the consultant pull some strings?

On the other hand when a company like McNeil subsidiiary of J&J is hit with so many problems
concerning Tylenol to Tums the FDA has no choice. John Q Public is watching intently. Any
shananigans and the FDA will get the public grill.

Is the FDA squeaky clean? Do they have political agendas? Do they hold some companies to a higher standard? You tell me Doctor.
Sometimes things are done where it just makes a person go hmmmmm, Maybe I am the stupid one. Probably just little old me and my conspiracy theories.
