‘3JM’ I BELIEVE ‘OTOW” CAN FILE SEC S-1 FILING

If no other immediate funding for “OTOW” comes along I see no reason why Mr Kazia/OTOW would not complete the financing agreement terms.

‘OTOW”announced its confirmation of an agreement of $50,000,000 financing from AGS Capital Group, LLC subject to such financing being registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as other conditions to fund the Company's wireless projects. Additional details of this financing will be disclosed in the “OTOW” S-1 filing.

Regarding these other negative posts I just don’t agree with their NO THIS,NO THAT,CAN’T DO THIS,CAN’T DO THAT,NEVER THIS,NEVER THAT,NEVER WILL,NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN,NO NO NO ,NEVER,NEVER,NEVER, all the negative I’m just not in agreement with it. I believe Mr Kazia/OTOW will be successful.
