It will take 2 weeks for the D to go away (I believe) but do not know if that automatically implies listing. The D is there just to alert folks that there was a material change (rev split) to the stock. I believe the stock has to meet the listing criteria before it gets listed. Maybe somebody has better insight into this. Also if there is a bump in price after listing, I expect some fall back too as the folks who have put some skin in the game earlier will get some of the gains out.
