JK. There's no doubt. Harris has a strong position. If you got the opposite impression, that's my fault.

And their strong position may be the reason that Ericy hasn't settled, assuming they'd like to do so.

But, given their history, I wouldn't bet a nickel on whether they'll settle or appeal.
