You may notice, I said nothing about extinguishing Ericy.

If they lose, they will either appeal, or agree to a structured settlement. My guess is structured, after first saying they will appeal.

Ericy is getting closer to break even, and won't disappear from the planet.

The Wallenbergs will make sure they stick around, albeit with a badly swollen and bloody nose.
