The fact remains that Dwyer has a history of running box job/ share selling scams.

Dwyer has accomplished absolutely nothing with BCAP except for a $50 name change and many false and misleading PR's.

Not even a pump and dump from the crew could save this pos stock.

Now with a new shell purchase Dwyer will again dump shares. Shareholders are gonna get burned....again.
