Wrong, There are many things that can be learned from a discussion with a company insider that are not considered insider information. Information is only considered "insider" when the information that is disclosed is a non-public fact regarding the plans or condition of a publicly traded company.
LOL..Not too likely anything posted on a public message board would still be considered insider information but go ahead and investigate inca if you want to...lol
