We do need everyone pulling together. No-one can destroy $BCAP or the virgin shell. The next leg up is going to be fun :-) Hope people use the current opportunity to buy $BCAP below book value.

Anyone trying to buy $BCAP through Scottrade should get a written response from Scottrade as to why that's not possible and send it to Matt Dwyer ( [e-mail] , 954-623-3209 ). Apparently Scottrade has been caught lying to potential $BCAP shareholders and a lawsuit for libel and slander is now being prepared.

I received my paper ballots yesterday and was emailed by several others who let me know theirs arrived as well. IMO in only a few more days majority consent will be reached on freezing $BCAP's share structure for two more years.
