What was the reason for the office relocation to Tampa, Florida, and is the Tampa office owned by an insider of the Company?
Our Clearwater, Florida office lease expired at the end of April of 2012. Effective July 1, 2012, the corporate offices were relocated to our Tampa, Florida office to centralize operations and as a cost savings measure, reducing corporate overhead by approximately $7,000 per month. The office in Tampa is leased from an independent third party.

No more than, "$300M in contracts" or "$9.8 in revenue in the next 5 years for BLVT"(problem is BLVT sold that subsidiary)Remember?

Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. Awarded 5 Year Contract -- Valued in excess of $9.8 million dollars May 17, 2012


Contract was awarded to the "ordnance company" that is being sold.
Not really $11.2M, from an initial payment BLVT will give $1.2M back.
They only receive future payments if the "unaffiliated third party" can run the May 2012 DOD contracts better than Stanton,Gurba,Schnee and a host of other "associates" have BLVT in the past.
BLVT discloses that they have invested about $4M for "improvements" in the copmany that Gurba and Schnee created in 2005 and then it was "acquired" by their associate Stanton while he was in charge of BLVT. $4M of investors money, it gets a DOD contract for almost $10M over the next 5 years with a "backlog valued in excess of $100M in the next 5 years" as stated by Gurba and the "majority shareholders"(Stanton,Gurba,Schnee and other associates) approve the sale and then let the shareholders know that the sale has been approved, "we are not requesting your proxy."

The watch company and BLVT are NOT related except they have the same first name, which was probably intentional.
This BLVT has only been around since about 2005 and started out being run by Stanton, a known and soon to be proven penny stock scam artist that has been a "majority shareholder" in no less than 5 other public penny stock scams since he was in charge of BLVT.

We know about 1 current contract for $9.8M where's proof of the other $290.2M in "current contracts?"

How can there be a range of "2000 to 2011" on a company that was created in 2005?
