as crazy as this sounds, info from acyd annual report ending dec 31, 2011 appears to indicate to me that there are two acyd directors on the board...john folger and david gray. i must be missing something big time here because it makes no sense that the last press release issued indicated restructured defined mgmt roles and that these mgmt personnel would be accountable to the "Board of Directors" on a monthly basis... mr folger and mr gray accountable to themselves monthly according to restructuring? someone PLEASE show me asap the error of my thinking. can't be right!! no way, no how!! ...info from the acyd annual report ending dec 31,2011..."Item XI Names of the chief executive officer, members of the board of directors, as well as control persons.

He has sold or consolidated nine separate businesses and purchased, rehabilitated and sold approximately 20 residential properties at a profit.
