Looking at their last 10K (before they magically disappeared with the shareholder's equity) I noted Beere's CFO, none other than Norman Birmingham. While that name has bothered me since I first saw it in relation to ISBL, it wasn't until I read his long, resignation filled bio on the 10K did I realize who Norman was. They listed AACS...DING! DING! DING! THAT Norman Birmingham...good Lord...let the games begin... That would be the same Norman Birmingham of the Neometrix fame, a company that simply stopped reporting, while Norman was CFO. As a matter of fact, here's some nice SEC litigation against Neometrix...www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2006/34-54646.pdf. Then he goes on to BMOO (which no longer trades) then there's AACS that had up to 250M shares then had a nice reverse split and once again its at 250M shares. Why does any of this matter? Besides the fact that birds of a feather fly together, who was listed as an ex-officer on the Nevada State Banx and Green submission? Hmmm. Norman Birmingham perhaps? So who do you suppose is going to own the other 9M shares of BGGR? How long do you think before Norman becomes an officer of some type in BGGR, till the posse gets back together again.
