ISBL/BGGR Update: Scam 1,000% confirmed.

While the typical, non-DDing ISBL/BGGR zealots at the ISBL/BGGR boards high five each other and exchange hugs after their warm and fuzzy with Rick Papaleo, I was doing some immediate DD on some new information that he mistakenly made available, but craftily tried to hide, LOL!

First, let's ignore the fact that he claims to have worked for Beere Financial Equity, then moments later "As far as he knows" Banx and Green was once Beere Financial Group and Power Save, but let me point out, that not only did Beere Financial Group never trade, ANYWHERE, but that it was Beere Financial Equity that traded publically, THE COMPANY HE SUPPOSEDLY WORKED FOR, under the symbol BRFE ON THE OTCBB, not the grey sheets as they'd like to portray. (Because they'd rather you not find Beere Financial Equity)

And why the attempted disconnect? Well, while he'd like me to search high and low for Beere Financial Group instead of Beere Financial Equity, unfortunately for him there are only two "Beere"s on sec.gov, and I rather easily found the one he'd rather not have me see, Beere Financial Equity, the stock that actually traded. Why would he rather it not be found?

Looking at their last 10K (before they magically disappeared with the shareholder's equity) I noted Beere's CFO, none other than Norman Birmingham. While that name has bothered me since I first saw it in relation to ISBL, it wasn't until I read his long, resignation filled bio on the 10K did I realize who Norman was. They listed AACS...DING! DING! DING! THAT Norman Birmingham...good Lord...let the games begin...

That would be the same Norman Birmingham of the Neometrix fame, a company that simply stopped reporting, while Norman was CFO. As a matter of fact, here's some nice SEC litigation against Neometrix...http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2006/34-54646.pdf. Then he goes on to BMOO (which no longer trades) then there's AACS that had up to 250M shares then had a nice reverse split and once again its at 250M shares.

Why does any of this matter? Besides the fact that birds of a feather fly together, who was listed as an ex-officer on the Nevada State Banx and Green submission? Hmmm. Norman Birmingham perhaps? So who do you suppose is going to own the other 9M shares of BGGR? How long do you think before Norman becomes an officer of some type in BGGR, till the posse gets back together again.

So, you have Rick, who admittedly has abandoned at least two business partners because they didn't have any money to give him, then "chose" (what the hell does that mean?) a shell owned by a guy that has a track record of SEC litigation, having a company simply stop trading, then the next that doesn't trade anymore, another that is a share printing scheme, then the last that again, claimed a failed merger then just stopped trading. Gee, could it get any better?

And people on the BGGR board are saying that things are looking up because of some gonna, gonna, gonna BLOG post on a website by two far less than desirable pink sheet shell gamers? Huh?

Good God people, do some DD. It took me about 15 minutes to find this and I didn't even bother digging any deeper because it just gets worse the farther I look. And meanwhile people are posting on the ISBL/BGGR boards like Christ has finally made his second coming.

Bottom line, Rick has made his intentions clear, to raise capital. Whose money do you think he's going to take, LOL!

P.S. The only thing the blog did confirm is that there is no value left in ISBL except possibly Vessel because if there were ANY money to be made in One Media One someone like Rick would be all over it like flies on a dead carcass. ISBL doesn't have the tens of millions it would take to execute a project like that...it's dead...

Congrats to investorcg for making the connection. At least ONE person that actually cares about the truth bothered to do more DD than reading the blog and swallowing it hook, line, and sinker. Kinda reminds me of Toy Story when Woody fell inside that machine at the pizza place and all the little Martian looking guys said "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH", lol.
