With the ONGOING rise in the O/S will tell you that millions of RFMK shares were issued

The problem is that RFMK does not file with the SEC so Only Tom knows where they went,

He has not been transparent with shareholders

BTW, no way will he put out a 10K,,,,lol

This company doesn't show any money available to pay for employees and few "consultants", or contract workers. The recent trade of 143 million shares to the new funder was earmarked as an reduction of accounts payable, yet the last filing doesn't show such numbers....so since July 1, 2012 the company developed $643,000 in accounts payable for something, did not have money, so the funding is used to pay the alleged bills. (We know they spent about $60K for 2,000 cannacigs) In the end as always, selling shares or giving shares, no doubt at discount to others is the way the money is made here. Typical pink.

Most could care less if this is a stock selling scheme, which is the norm in pinky world, just doing anything to get others to buy against their previous buy. (I bet you know this....LOL)

In closing, we know that in a few days 143 million plus shares will be dumped into the SS.

I am really looking forward to a 10K being submitted to the SEC so we can see more details of the latest funding as it has a bad smell....I think there is a lot more to it that has been PR'd. It that is the case, the SEC will probably go after RFMK. jmho
