was thinking about reasons for the lack of demand.
may be that folks think - why do this unless tpms (or equivalent) are also in all 'enterprise' mobile phones.
and then i thought -
could still take a long time then. danged mobile market's been a nightmare. i was chiming about it as the likely foundation for wave's model in 2001. gave up watching it closely in the mid 2000s after i realised the incumbent powers were intractable. looked again a few years ago and saw the same sort of thing, although a little progress had been made during the decade. tc in mobile defines the word glacial.
that might also explain insiders' lack of enthusiasm for buying stock. it's like building a cathedral. takes a lifetime to build the architecture. but once it's complete, goes into service all at once.
just don't be the guy standing outside holding a hymn book while the construction is ongoing.
wave's stock is toxic for a reason. and that may be the reason.
