Huh?..You wrote 'was' and I agree...malc wrote 'is'...IMO 'was' is what happened and 'is' is yet to come. IMO they diluted earlier this year to get things going and now that they are they put out the PR that they now have funds available to buy back shares..and as malc stated:"So she stated dilution is necesary and share buyback has commenced. I fail to see how anyone with a rational mind can make any sense of this." and I agree, it would make no sense to say you are going to dilute and buy back shares at the same time. IMO..'symantics' are important ...here meaning the difference between past and future events.
