Actually the ANTS CE and filings being over 1 1/2 years delinquent mean it is likley the SEC will halt it or remove it from trading anytime now. Those are the facts. The new CEO never should have let it go this long. It puts all shareholders in jeapordy of losaing everything. GLTY
