Thanks for confirming there is no one else with our MICRO COMPRESSED 0.25 mm capsules. This will be HUGE for ELTP. There may be one other patent that comes out before this one, but its HUGE too. Its getting crazy. We are ready to start moving. This lull will be followed by the opposite< rapid fire PR's.

Read the patents you posted. You posted 176. Do any of them have anything to do with Elite's ability to make micro tablets down to the .25mm level? Of course not so why do you keep posting them?

Since you didn't answer the question asked over and over. Do these patents have anything to do with Elite's ability to make microtablets smaller then anyone else .25mm- 50% smaller, I will answer.

The answer is no

"[0006] Although compressed tablets have several advantages over inert cores, their use has been limited due to the inability to make these tablets in a size small enough for certain pharmaceutical applications."

"0050] To date, the formation of compressed tablets having dimensions of the microtablets of the present invention has been unattainable. There are several reasons for this difficulty. For example, there has been an inability to compress tablets with a diameter of about 1 mm or less without bending or breaking the tooling used to form the tablets. Upon the application of a force necessary to compress the material into a tablet, the tooling would bend or break. Aspects of the present invention overcome these obstacles. "

So any patent that states a word like "liquid" or "tablet" is specifically related to those words? C'mon.

And yes, the first list you posted had a patent about X-rays. Lets try to stay on topic. Still want to argue that an X-ray patent was about microtablets?
