Firstly the "compressed microtablet" will have the same pharmcological chemistry as the current regular 2-beads technology.

The benefits of the "compressed microtablets" provides

(1)an increased reliability of the CR polymer membrane encompassing the agonists opioids (oxycodone) as well as an increased reliability of the sequestered membrane encompassing the antagonists opioids (naltrexone). The increased reliability in both membranes prevents premature rupture and dose dumping.

(2)more accurate quantity of agonist and antagonist in each bead.

(3)more accurate time control release for the CR membranes encompassing agonist opioids beads across the 12hr and 24hr time span.

(4) more accurate thickness/wt of the sequestered polymer encompassing the antagonist opioid beads.
